Ameda Online has FREE ground shipping on orders over $49.00 in the contiguous United States. There is an additional charge to ship to Hawaii, PR and Alaska, shipping rates will be displayed at checkout.

We ship all orders via UPS or USPS. Orders can take anywhere from 1-5 business days to be received in the contiguous United States. We make every effort to ship the same business day on orders placed by 3pm est.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly refund or exchange your purchase price (less shipping and handling) within 30 days (unless otherwise stated). Returns must be in unopened, unused condition in original packaging with all original documentation included. If you received free shipping for your purchase, the refund for your return will be less the actual original shipping and handling charges.

Ameda Online is not responsible for shipping charges on returned items. Returned item shipping charges are incurred by the customer. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on opened breast pumps or breast care products and accessories or breast pump parts that are not sealed due to hygiene reasons (NO EXCEPTIONS). If a breast pump is defective, customer must contact the manufacturer directly and they will repair the pump or replace if the order falls within the warranty period.

Error with Order:

If there is an error with the customers order, customer must notify Ameda Online within 3 business days of receiving the order for us to correct.

EXCHANGES:

Customer must pay shipping charges both ways for new item. Item being exchanged will follow the policy stated above for returns. There is no free shipping on shipping out of new item.
