Ameda Online has FREE ground shipping on orders over $125.00 in the contiguous United States. There is an additional charge to ship to Hawaii and Alaska - please call for rates. We at this time do not ship Internationally.

We ship all orders UPS or USPS. Orders can take anywhere from 3-10 business days to be received. We make every effort to ship by the following business day.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly refund or exchange your purchase price (less shipping and handling) within 30 days (unless otherwise stated). Returns must be in unopened, unused condition in original packaging with all original documentation included. A 20% restocking fee will be assessed on all returned/refused items. Please email or phone for a return authorization number, without this your item will be refused and returned to you at your expense. This assigned number must be CLEARLY marked near the shipping label.

Ameda Online is not responsible for shipping charges on returned items. Returned item shipping charges are incurred by the customer. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on opened breast pumps or breast care products and accessories or breast pump parts that are not sealed due to hygiene reasons (NO EXCEPTIONS).

Error with Order:

If there is an error with the customers order, customer must notify Ameda Online within 3 business days of receiving the order for us to correct.

EXCHANGES:

Customer must pay shipping charges both ways for new item. Item being exchanged will follow the policy stated above for returns. There is no free shipping on shipping out of new item.

There is a flat rate of $12.95 for small orders shipping to Canada and Puerto Rico, sometimes this will be more for larger orders, in that case we will notify the customer.
